The States unlawful conviction of Joseph Flowers was contained without a single opportunity for him to speak with counsel in privacy roughly fourteen (14) months before the jury trial began.

Supporters continue raising your voices and prayers! As of to date justice is underway moving forward. California's Racial Justice Act evidentiary proceedings are being considered for 2026.
